Post Paid Support
Invoiced monthly, and is the more expensive option of our rates, however is ideal if you will only be an “occasional” user. Invoices are sent out fortnightly with an activity statement attached.
Pre Paid Support
Hours can be purchase in prepaid “packs” of 20, 30 or 50 hours. The more hours you purchase upfront, the cheaper the hourly rate will become. These hours are then added to your account to be drawn down upon as your staff utilise support from the helpdesk. You will then receive a monthly activity statement showing you all work completed. A new support pack invoice will be raised when 5 hours remains on your account to ensure you always have hours available. Please note hours aren’t accrued to your account until the invoice is paid, and negative hours will be charged at the Post Paid (higher) rate.
Fixed Price Monthly Maintenance Contracts
The best option for companies who wish to fix their IT support costs, or companies with heavy support needs. Pay a fixed fee per month, per user, and receive unlimited support.
